This residence had experienced approximately 2 inches of settlement towards the rear, and the structure is built on a slab foundation. To permanently prevent any further settling, we installed helical piers around the perimeter of the house, securing them to the concrete footings. The piers were driven deep into the bedrock and are bolted to the footings with metal brackets for added stability.
