Beverly Hills Concrete Pads

The property in question displayed significant floor leveling issues. During our inspection of the crawl space, we found that the foundation was missing floor joists — essential wooden supports that connect to the subfloor and distribute the weight of the floor. Normally, girder beams, posts, and pier blocks are placed directly beneath the floor joists to ensure stability. To address the problem and prevent further settling, we implemented a solution by installing additional wooden posts supported by concrete pads. These pads are anchored securely into the soil, with a depth of at least 12 inches, and reinforced with steel rebar. The attached photos clearly show the contrast between the original posts and pier blocks and the newly installed concrete pads.
