In this Newport Beach project, the crawlspace was found to be lacking internal floor joists, which led to uneven flooring and drywall cracks throughout the house. To address the settling and leveling issues, we reinforced the existing girder beams by installing new 4×4 posts and substantial 18x18x12 concrete pads. These deep, reinforced pads are designed to evenly distribute the load across the crawlspace, effectively stabilizing the floor system.
